BLACK RUSSIAN CAKE 
1/4 c. Kahlua
1/4 c. Vodka (optional)
1 yellow cake mix
1 lg. pkg. instant chocolate pudding
4 eggs
1 c. oil
3/4 c. water

Mix all together for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured angel food cake pan. Bake at 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or when toothpick comes out clean.

Cool completely before removing from pan. During cooling this moist cake does condense in size. Dust lightly with powdered sugar.
