MANDARIN ORANGE SALAD 
60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted

Mix together. Spread 3/4 of crumb mixture on 9x13 inch baking dish.

1 (6 oz.) frozen orange juice, thawed
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained and cut in half
1 lg. Cool Whip

Mix orange juice and Eagle Brand together. Fold into Cool Whip. Fold drained oranges into Cool Whip mixture. Spread mixture over crumbs. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top. Can be used as salad or dessert. May be frozen.
