2 pkg. sm. orange jello
2 c. water
1 sm. can frozen orange juice
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, undrained
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 pkg. sm. lemon instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cool Whip
Grated cheddar cheese

Dissolve jello in boiling water; add frozen orange juice and dissolve. Add pineapple, orange and marshmallows. Put in refrigerator and let set. Mix pudding according to package directions; spread on top of jello and let set until firm. Spread Cool Whip on top of pudding and garnish with cherries.
