SHERRY'S TURKEY SLOPPY JOES | |
1 lb. ground turkey breast 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper 2 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. white vinegar 1 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 cup diced white onion 1 cup ketchup 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce 1 tsp. cumin 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey, cook, stirring until browned. Add remaining ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer 30 minutes.
