MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken (boiled)
1 bag (16 oz.) crushed Doritos
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cans Rotel tomatoes
1 lb. Velveeta

Crush Doritos. Combine soups and tomatoes. Debone chicken. Slice Velveeta in 1/4 inch slices. In large dish layer Doritos, chicken, soup mixture, and cheese. Always put Doritos on bottom and end with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
