PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
20 oz. can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. plain flour
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. Ritz crackers

Drain pineapple reserving 3 tablespoons juice. Combine sugar and flour, reserved juice, cheese and pineapple chunks; mix well. Spoon mixture into greased 1-quart casserole. Combine melted butter and Ritz crackers. Sprinkle over pineapple mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until crumbs are lightly browned.
