HOT PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 lg. (16 oz.) cans chunk pineapple
1 c. sugar
2 c. (8 oz.) sharp cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. flour

TOPPING:

1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Mix sugar and flour. Add to pineapple and shredded cheese. Top with cracker mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes. Do not drain pineapple. I use less sugar (3/4 cup).
