PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can chunk pineapple, drained and save juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 egg
8 oz. cream cheese, cut in small pieces
1/2 bag miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

In saucepan place juice, sugar, flour and egg; cook until thick. In casserole dish, put pineapple, then cream cheese, then marshmallows. Pour pineapple sauce over this. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
