MEXICAN BEAN DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
16 oz. can refried beans
7 drops Tabasco sauce
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 pkg. dry taco seasoning mix
1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
1/4 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese

Cream together cream cheese and refried beans. Add Tabasco, sour cream, green onion and seasoning mix. Stir in grated cheeses. Bake in 350 degree oven or microwave oven until cheese is melted through. Serve with tortilla chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
