BAR-B-QUE RIBS 
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. onions, chopped
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. catsup
Ribs 1-2 slabs

Salt and pepper ribs. Place ribs in roasting pan, fat side up. Simmer all ingredients, stirring occasionally for about 10 minutes. Pour on top of ribs. Cover pan. Baste ribs occasionally. Roast at about 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours or until done.
