BAR-B-QUE RIBS WITH SAUERKRAUT 
1 lg. can sauerkraut
3 lbs. spareribs
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 tsp. each prepared mustard & Worcestershire sauce

Place ribs in the bottom of a large pot or kettle. Place can of sauerkraut over the top of the ribs. Mix together tomato sauce, catsup, mustard, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Pour over the sauerkraut. Place sliced onions on top. Simmer over low heat, covered until spareribs are tender, about 2 hours. Serve.
