RASPBERRY DESSERT 
2 pkgs. raspberry junket
2 pkgs. frozen raspberries
1 angel food cake

Thaw raspberries and drain. Use the juice in the junket. Cool junket according to package directions. Fold in berries while warm and pour over angel food cake that has been pulled into pieces in a 9"x13" pan. Refrigerate. Serve with topping of Cool Whip.
