RED RASPBERRY DESSERT 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen red raspberries, thawed and drained
2 1/2 c. raspberry juice and pineapple juice and water
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
2 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry flavored gelatin
2 pts. vanilla ice cream

Bring juice and water to a boil. Add gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Add ice cream by spoonfuls to hot gelatin mixture, stirring until melted. Fold in raspberries and pineapple and pour into Jello mold. Refrigerate until firm. Unmold by loosening edge with knife and then dipping mold in hot water. Serves 10.
