SPICED FRUIT DESSERT 
1 can (16 oz.) fruit cocktail in juice
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Jello strawberry flavor gelatin
2 c. boiling water
2 pkg. (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Drain fruit cocktail, reserving juice. Add water to juice to make 1 cup. Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add measured liquid, measure 2 1/4 cups and chill until thickened. Blend remaining Jello slowly into cream cheese, cinnamon, beating until smooth. Set aside.

Add fruit cocktail to thickened Jello, pour into 6 cup mold, bowl, 9 x 5 inch loaf pan or 10 individual molds. Chill until set but not firm, about 15 minutes. Top with cream cheese Jello mixture. Chill until firm. Unmold. Serve as dessert or salad. Makes 5 1/2 cups or 10 servings.
