NOODLE PUDDING 
1/2 lb. broad noodles (Pa. Dutch) 1/2 inch wide
1/2 of 1/2 pt. sour cream
1 (10 oz.) cottage cheese with pineapple
1 (6 oz.) cream cheese with pineapple
4 lg. eggs
1/4 c. half & half
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. raisins
Cinnamon, to mix inside and on top

Peel and cut two fresh apples. Butter for dotting top, cinnamon and sugar. Mix all ingredients but noodles, apples and raisins with mixer. Have noodles cooked already, add raisins and apples and noodles last. Pour in greased casserole (10 x 10 inch or 9 x 13 inch). Dot with 3 tablespoons butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
