NOODLE PUDDING 
1/2 lb. broad noodles
3 eggs, lightly beaten
4 apples, peeled and sliced
3/4 c. raisins
2 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
1/4 tbsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. milk

Use part of the butter to grease baking dish. Mix eggs, cooked and drained noodles, sliced apples, raisins, orange juice, rest of butter (mixes better if melted), cinnamon and brown sugar. If apples are sour, use more sugar. Put in 11x7x2 inch baking dish; dot with butter. Sprinkle with more cinnamon. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
