SUPER NOODLE PUDDING 
8 oz. cooked med. noodles
1 pt. sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
4-6 beaten eggs
1 stick melted butter
1 pt. lg. curd cottage cheese
3/4 c. sugar
Raisins or currants
Corn flake crumbs

Grease 9 x 13 inch pyrex. Combine all ingredients except crumbs. Pour in pyrex and sprinkle with crumbs. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 15 minutes, then at 325 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. Cover with foil, if refrigerated. More flavorful if done ahead of time, refrigerate, then reheat at time of serving, at 325-350 degrees for about 30-40 minutes. Reheat covered with foil for at least half the time, so it won't dry out.
