BLUEBERRY PIE FILLING | |
3/4 c. sugar 3 tbsp. corn starch 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. water 4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries 1 tbsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. butter In saucepan combine sugar, salt and corn starch with water, blueberries and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until thick. Remove from heat and stir in butter. |
