BUTTERMILK PIE 
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. melted butter
1 unbaked pie shell
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. buttermilk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon flavorings

Combine sugar and flour in bowl. Add eggs, butter, buttermilk and flavorings; mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake in preheated 425 degree oven for 10 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes longer.
