DISAPPEARING MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. ketchup
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
Chopped onion
1 tsp. beef bouillon
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. oatmeal OR
1 c. oatmeal, omit bread crumbs

SAUCE:

1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard

Mix all ingredients together well and spread in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Combine sauce ingredients and spread sauce over meatloaf, baking for an additional 10 or 15 minutes.

Disappearing Meatloaf is the perfect name! I started making this recipe 5 years ago and every time I make it it's a hit! I triple the Worcestershire sauce and double the glaze recipe but I'm sure it's still fantastic without my tweaks. Make it, you'll love it!!
