MEAT LOAF 
3 3/4 lb. ground round
1/3 c. oatmeal
2 tsp. salt
1 c. tomato sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1/3 c. plain bread crumbs
4 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. mustard
pepper to taste
5 oz. can evaporated milk

Mix thoroughly; shape into 2 loaves. Put into pans.

Bake at 400°F for 1 hour or until done.

This is an excellent meat loaf recipe that goes a long way. I usually bake one and freeze one.
