1 (29 oz.) can sliced peaches in heavy syrup
1 1/2 c. yellow cake mix
1/2 stick butter
1 c. chopped pecans

Pour peaches and syrup in 9 by 13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle cake mix over peaches. Cover cake mix with very thinly sliced butter. Sprinkle chopped pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
