TUNA BAKE WITH CHEESE SWIRLS 
3 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
6 tbsp. flour
1 (10 1/2 or 11 oz.) can condensed chicken soup
1 (7 oz.) can tuna
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Milk (for chicken soup)
Bisquick
American cheese, grated
Pimientos (if desired)

Brown onion and pepper in hot fat; add salt and flour; blend. Add soup and milk; cook until sauce is thick and smooth. Add tuna and lemon juice. Pour into greased baking dish and cover with Cheese Swirls. Bake in hot 450 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 425 degrees for 15 minutes and serve.

Serves 6.

CHEESE SWIRLS: Make dough from Bisquick. Roll 1/4 inch thick; sprinkle 1/2 cup grated American cheese and finely chopped pimientos, if desired. Bake.
