TUNA CASSEROLE WITH CHEESE
SWIRLS
 
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1/3 c. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. baking mix (Bisquick, etc.)
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1 can tuna, drained
1 can peas, drained
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. baking mix
1/2 c. cold water
1 c. shredded cheese

Cook peppers and onions in oil, until tender. Stir in the 1/4 cup baking mix. Add soup and milk and heat until thick. Stir in tuna, peas, and lemon juice. Pour into casserole dish.

Stir up the 2 cups baking mix and water, beat 20 strokes. Smooth dough into ball on floured board. Knead a few times and roll out into a rectangle. Sprinkle cheese on and roll and cut like cinnamon rolls. Put on top of tuna. Sprinkle parsley on top and bake 20 to 25 minutes at 425 degrees.
