CHEESE AND TUNA CASSEROLE | |
1/4 c. butter 1/4 to 1/2 c. flour 2 c. milk 2 c. elbow macaroni 1 can tuna fish 5 slices cheese 1 c. peas Cook and drain macaroni. Make white sauce with butter and flour, then add 4 slices of cheese and stir until melted. Add milk to make creamy sauce. Add tuna and peas, stir well. Mix macaroni and sauce together. Put in casserole dish. Put 1 slice of cheese on top. Cook at 350 degrees for 5 minutes or until hot and bubbly. |
