EASY LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can (1 lb. 12 oz.) whole tomatoes
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
2 envelopes dehydrated spaghetti sauce mix
2 cans (12 oz.) each V8 juice
1 carton (12 oz.) cottage cheese mixed with 1 egg, 1 tbsp. parmesan cheese
and 1 tbsp. parsley.
1 pkg. (8 oz.) mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese

Brown meat, add tomato juice, sauce, and dry mix and stir. Bring to boiling, lower heat and simmer 10 minutes.

Do not cook noodles.

Cover bottom of an oiled 13x9x2 inch pan with a thin layer of meat sauce. Add a layer of uncooked noodles, cottage cheese and mozzarella. Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Let stand 15 minutes. Serves 12.
