APRICOT JELLO MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
2 c. water
3/4 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (#2) can apricots
1/2 pt. heavy cream

Heat water in saucepan and melt marshmallows in it. Dissolve Jello in above mixture. Cool until it is of egg white consistency. Drain apricots and cut in small pieces. Whip cream and add both cream and apricots to Jello. Pour into mold and chill until firm. Unmold when ready to serve.
