ORANGE-APRICOT JELLO DESSERT 
16 oz. can apricots
16 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 (6 oz.) box orange Jello
2 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 env. Dream Whip

Dissolve Jello in 2 cups boiling water. Add 1 cup cold water. Mash and drain apricots and pineapple, saving juice (should be about 2 cups). Add 1 cup of juice to Jello. Add mashed apricot and pineapple to Jello; chill until firm in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover firm Jello completely with miniature marshmallows.

TOPPING: In a small saucepan beat egg, sugar and flour then add remaining cup of juice. Cook until thick over low heat, stirring constantly. Cool. Prepare Dream Whip according to directions on box and fold into topping. Spread on top of Jello. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts if desired. Refrigerate. Serves 20.
