APRICOT JELLO MOLD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. apricot Jello
3 sliced bananas
2 c. miniature marshmallows (or less)
1 1/2 c. drained, mashed apricots

Prepare Jello according to directions - reduce water by 1/4 cup, and cool until partially set. Then add apricots, bananas, and marshmallows. When set; top with the following topping:

1 c. apricot juice
1 egg, beaten
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar

Mix and cook until thick and then cool. Prepare 1 package Dream Whip and fold into cooled topping and spread over Jello and fruit. Makes a large salad.
