ASPARAGUS OR BROCCOLI QUICHE 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. asparagus or broccoli, cooked or 1 box frozen steamed
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dash nutmeg
9" pie shell

Sprinkle cheese in bottom. Arrange vegetables on top. Beat eggs slightly and add enough milk to evaporated milk and eggs to make 2 cups. Add seasoning and pour over vegetables. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
