ONION & CHEESE CHICKEN BAKE 
6 chicken fillets
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. each salt & pepper
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 (3 oz.) can French fried onion rings
1/2 c. grated Jack or Swiss cheese

Melt butter in 12" x 7 1/2" glass baking dish on level 7 for 1 minute; add seasonings. Roll chicken in seasoned butter to coat and arrange in dish, thick pieces around outer edges. Cover with wax paper; cook on High 5 to 6 minutes. Turn pieces over; top with mushroom slices. Continue to cook on High for 4 minutes. Sprinkle with onion rings and grated cheese. Cook on High for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
