CHILE SPOONBURGERS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 lb. canned tomatoes
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can chopped olives
16 buttered bun halves
3/4 c. bottled chile sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. can whole kernel corn

Brown beef; add celery and onions. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring several times. Stir in tomatoes, corn and liquid, olives, chile sauce, salt, garlic salt, pepper and bay leaf. Cover. Simmer 15 minutes to blend flavors. Remove bay leaf; spoon split toasted buttered buns. 8 servings.
