CHICKEN AND RICE BAKE 
1 chicken, cut up
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water
1 pkg. dry Liptons onion soup mix
Salt as needed

Pour uncooked rice into roasting pan. Add all 3 cans of soup and 1/2 can of water. Stir to mix. Lay chicken pieces on top of rice mixture and cover roasting pan with foil or lid. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until chicken is tender and golden brown.
