2 cans whole corn
1 sm. can mild Del Monte chopped green chilies, drained or 1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Mix first three ingredients. Melt last three ingredients and mix with first mixture. Bake in 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
