CORN CASSEROLE 
2 eggs or Egg Beaters
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick butter, melted

Add all ingredients into a large bowl. Do not follow directions on the Jiffy mix box. Just add the ingredients to the bowl.

Stir ingredients until they are mixed together. Pour into a 2 quart casserole dish or a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes until top is lightly browned.
