1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (16 oz.) can creamed corn
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 onion
1/2 green pepper
1 sm. box Velveeta with jalapeno

Prepare cooked rice. Mix all ingredients in a microwave casserole dish. Stir cheese over mixture. Microwave or bake until cheese is melted. Stir halfway through cooking, mixing cheese into ingredients.
