FIESTA CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn
1/4 c. ripe olives, chopped
1/4 c. pimento, chopped
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper (opt.)
Dash Tabasco sauce
1 c. cracker crumbs

Combine all ingredients, except cracker crumbs. Add crumbs and mix thoroughly. Pour into 2 quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
