PECAN GRAHAM COOKIES 
Cover 11 x 17 inch cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Cover the foil with whole graham crackers. Combine and cook together for 2 minutes, stirring constantly (after it comes to a boil) :

1/2 lb. butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. chopped pecans

Remove from heat and spread over graham crackers. Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees. Cut when cold.
