CAN'T BE BEETS | |
1 can diced beets 1 can crushed pineapple in juice Cinnamon 1 tbsp. cornstarch Drain juice from beets and discard. Cook in pineapple and juice and cinnamon. Add a little juice (2 tablespoons) to cornstarch and mix in a cup. After beets are cooked add this mixture. Simmer until thickened, may need more cornstarch. |
