HUTCHINSON BEET SALAD | |
1 can shoe string beets 1 sm. can crushed pineapple1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello 1 tbsp. vinegar Bring liquid (beet and pineapple) and vinegar to a boil. Dissolve Jello in liquid. Add beets and pineapple. Refrigerate to set. Top with mayonnaise and sour cream (optional). |
