BEET GELATIN SALAD 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1 lb. can S & W Beets julienne drained
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple not drained

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Cool and add remaining ingredients. Top with 1/2 cup mayonnaise and 1 tsp. horseradish mixed.
