ZUCCHINI MOCK CRAB CAKES 
2 c. grated zucchini
2 tbsp. grated celery
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tbsp. salad dressing
1 tbsp. sea food seasoning
2 eggs
2 c. dry bread crumbs, crumbled fine

Mix all this together, shape in cakes (not too thick). Fry in butter until both sides are brown. This is real good.
