IMITATION CRAB CAKES 
1 lb. zucchini (about 2 med.)
1 tsp. old bay seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. baking powder
Dash black pepper
1 egg, beaten
2 slices bread (break into sm. pieces & moisten with milk)

Grate and squeeze excess moisture from zucchini. Mix all above ingredients. Shape into small cakes and saute in butter until lightly brown.
