LIGHT POUND CAKE 
1/2 c. corn oil butter, soft
2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. egg substitute
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) vanilla yogurt
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
3/4 tsp. almond extract

Spray bread pan with cooking spray. Beat butter until fluffy. Add sugar and egg substitute mixing between each. Combine flour with remaining dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture alternately with yogurt beginning and ending with flour. Mix until blended and stir in flavorings. Pour into loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
