BUTTERY SAUCE 
2 pkg. Knox gelatin
8 tbsp. skim milk
8 tbsp. butter (Promise)
1 tsp. imitation liquid butter flavor

Mix gelatin and skim milk. Let stand a couple minutes. Put in double boiler. Add butter, let simmer until butter, let simmer until butter melts. Add imitation liquid butter flavor.

Serve hot with fish (boiled) imitation shrimp or crab. Makes 4 (2 oz.) servings.
