MUSCLE SHAKE 
1 c. lowfat milk
1/2 c. plain lowfat yogurt
1 banana, sliced
2 tbsp. protein powder
6 strawberries, sliced
1 tsp. wheat germ
1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup
1/4 c. natural berry juice
Pinch of nutmeg or carob powder

Available in health store.

Place all but the last ingredient in a blender and mix until smooth. Dust with a sprinkle of nutmeg or carob powder.
