PEACH REFRIGERATOR COOKIES 
3/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. dark brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 c. chopped, dried peaches
2 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts

Cream butter, sugar and egg. Sift together dry ingredients and add to first mixture alternately with milk. Add nuts and peaches. Mix well.

Shape into two rolls, wrap in waxed paper and place in freezer until ready to bake. Slice thin and bake in 400 degree oven for 12-15 minutes. Yields: 5 dozen cookies.
