2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. oatmeal

Mix sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in a saucepan. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal. Stir very well. Place wax paper on cookie sheet. Drop on wax paper and place in refrigerator until hard.
