1 c. sour cream
1 c. cream style corn
3 eggs, well beaten
Pinch of salt
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 c. self rising corn meal

Beat eggs, and add other ingredients. Mix well. Pour into greased muffin pans. Bake at 450 degrees until brown.
