INDIAN CORN BREAD 
1 c. cream style corn (white)
1 c. self-rising white meal
1/3 c. Wesson oil
2 eggs, well beaten
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 c. sweet milk
1 c. cheese, grated
1 pod banana pepper, chopped

Mix all ingredients then season to taste. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Cool and slice. Can be wrapped in foil and put in freezer.
